  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

  2. Do We have a Minimum Order Requirement?

    We do not have a minimum order requirement..There is a low minimum shipping charge for orders weighing One Ounce or less. Shipping fee's are calculated by weight and increase as the weight increases.
  3. Package Delivery

    The address you provide for delivery must be a safe and secure place for UPS,FedEx or USPS to deliver to. It is not our property and not under our control. If you have any special request's or directions for delivery at you location you must make those arrangements with UPS, FedEx or USPS prior to us shipping. As stated it is not our property and we cannot make those arrangements nor will we. Any delivery address provided must be safe to go to and a secure place for reputable carriers to leave packages at. Ultimately the responsibility for the safety and security for the delivery is yours.

  4. Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

    We will choose the carrier we think best for the shipment. You must provide us with correct shipping information to be used for either UPS or USPS. Any shipment that is not deliverable because of an incorrect address is your responsibility not ours.
    If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address and you wish to have us resend the shipment you will need to pay for all shipping charges incurred before we will resend the shipment.
  5. Damaged in Shipping

    UPS and the US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify mld associates/dba Rudystoys.com. Keep the box and all packing materials until the carrier is contacted in case the carrier wants to check them.
  6. Policy for Returns

    All requests for returns must be made within 5 days of order receipt. Goods must be returned in unused, new condition, in the original packaging.Customer should fill out the return request form for this site explaining in detail the reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization via e-mail with an address where to return the goods. Shipping and handling cost for the returns will be the responsibility of the person returning the goods. We suggest that you buy insurance for the shipment. The cost of the shipping to you is not refundable. After we receive the items you are returning we will inspect to insure our return policy has been met. If we accept the returns as being in good order we will return them to stock. Once they are returned to stock we will issue a store credit in the amount of the return less a 25% restocking fee. In the event the product was returned as being defective and determined to be defective, we will replace the product as quickly as possible.
  7. Unicycle Returns

    It is the responsibility of the person purchasing a unicycle from Rudy's Toys to Understand How to correctly choose the size of of a Unicycle for the person who will be using it. Unicycles are not returnable because the wrong size was purchased if the unicycle has been assembled. If it is unopened and unused it is returnable under our Policy for Returns.
  8. Returning Printed Products

    Any product that was printed at your request can not be returned and payment will not be refunded for any reason. This includes, the event was canceled,delay in delivery due to weather,no one available to receive the order and production delay's. Most production delay's occur when camera ready art was not furnished and we need to accomplish it for you. Creating art work, whether it be images or words,is time consuming and will cause a delay at your risk.
