Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • Returned items subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returns that are accepted will be issued an in store credit only. No Refunds.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers unopened.
  • Returned product will be evaluated against our return criteria.
  • Products returned as a defective product will be sent by us to the Manufacturer.
  • All return postage and handling will be the customers responsibility to pay.
  • Returns with out a pre-approved Return Authorization will be refused
  • Use our contact us form when requesting a return
  • Orders are not returnable if it did not arrive on the date you needed it by and we were not advised prior to placing an order of that date.
